Had a very good experience here at Carstairs Ford. Mainly in the service department. I've not purchased a vehicle from carstairs Ford, however their sales staff is always very polite. I had an issue once at another dealership that messed my tires and rims up. They got me in the day after it happened, fixed it properly, and gave me a free loaner o feet to work in. Absulutley amazing. Thanks guys!

Don’t waste your time going out there, thinking that because it’s a smaller dealership located outside of Calgary, Red Deer and Edmonton that you will get good service, you would be wrong.I sent out a $500 deposit to hold a 2019 F150 truck also called the dealership and left a message that I would be coming out there from Calgary to view the truck. Unfortunately the weather turned bad and I couldn’t make it out there as the roads were terrible and there was a major multi vehicle accident on the highway. I called and texted that I would not make it out until the next day to view the truck. My partner and I drove out to the dealership on the treacherous roads with numerous vehicles in the ditch thinking the truck would be there and was informed by the salesman that the truck I was interested in was sold, at no time was I informed that this particular vehicle was no longer available prior to driving out there. Given the size of this dealership it is hard to believe that the sales staff are unaware of the current inventory in the lot. These type of actions is what gives the car industry a bad reputation and in this case it’s well deserved.

My husband got a flat today and limped his truck to Carstairs Ford. They helped right away and fixed his flat spare so it could be used on the truck. He was so happy because we live in Calgary. Thanks to everyone! Awesome service!

Went in for a service, everyone was super nice! They were professional, fast, and efficient. Will definitely go back again, plus the coffee was good! BONUS!!

We have been buying vehicles at this dealership since 1983 and have recently had a bad experience with this dealership. Ownership has changed several times over the last years. The reason we kept coming back to this dealership was because of the great service department they had. Recently this service department has not met expectations. Had an appointment booked for Dec 19th at 9:00 am and found out that they had not looked at my vehicle yet as of Dec 21st. When I originally booked the appointment three weeks in advance they asked if I needed my vehicle back right away. I indicated to them that I did not need it back until Jan 3 2023 which would give them time to source parts as we all know how the supply chain issues are now a days. Service is utmost of importance to me and they have not provided that. To say the least after 40 years of visiting this dealership I will not be back. Sad state of affairs at this dealership.

BEST Dealership Ever!!I left the city of Calgary as prices of trucks were ridiculous and headed north to Carstairs where I got treated like family with the utmost respect .A Huge thank you goes out to Victoria for all her hard work, knowledge and great patience with me.Appreciation goes out to Callum, Marsha and Braedon .I would highly recommend this dealership to all in search of a new or used vehicle .
