Ordered our 2023 F150 with Richard Kantor at Woodridge. The experience was amazing he helped us build the exact truck we wanted and communicated the order and delivery process wonderfully. His attention to our family was amazing and he made it easy to have 4 year old part of the process. When we arrived for pickup he had an awesome surprise for her he was great at going through the truck. After the sale he was still accessible when I came upon a question a week later.

I am proud to be a part of Lincoln family. The customer service and the privilege you get is second to none. I had a great experience with the service department. My Navigator had a 8mm nail in the tire which was refused to be repaired by many different tire shops around my residence. Then I decided to head into my Lincoln dealership and met Bill who took care of my concern. What others simply said it can’t be repaired by just looking at the nail. Bill was positive and gave me hope. He saw the hole on the tire and said it may be possible to fix this. They tried and repaired it. I am glad that I bought my Navigator from this dealership.

I am not one to leave a good review unless someone has done a job above what I was expecting. James and Snow at Woodbridge did that. I found a new to me truck and the whole buying experience was great. I haven’t left many car dealerships with a smile on my face but I did here. Go down and see these guys if you are looking to be treated to a fair deal. Thanks again.

I have dealt with Woodridge Ford for a while on a Couple of my trucks that I had purchased and have send over friends and family there to see James McDonald always helpful and up front and you don’t feel like your being pressured. If your looking for a new vehicle stop and talk with the guys there it will be a great experience.

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle at Woodbridge Ford and likely won’t be my last! Kenny was very helpful, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. He was always available and handled a stressful or concerning situation with ease and grace. This company seems to be exemplary on how a dealership should be managed; staff who enjoy their jobs and really go above and beyond to keep a customer. Also thanks to Dean who eagerly and efficiently attended to a repair and Ann who had all documents ready and waiting.

This is my third time with Ford. With every vehicle I have had the joy of owning, they always paired me with a vehicle that fit my needs and more.I have looked at other vehicles but the use and features of the Ford models is what keeps me coming back.This time (third time is quite a charm) I desired a vehicle that was stylish and a cut above the rest. Brandon came along and he knew just what I was looking for. His knowledge with the models we test drove was excellent. The one thing that made Brandon such an amazing sales rep was his “easy going” personality. He came to us like a friend and made our experience so wonderful.
